Final Year Project – [2013 WIP]
The result of this project will be a simple game environment that will primarily demonstrate graphics techniques, optimisations, and animations.
3D Tower Defense – University [2013 WIP]
This is a group project (of three) to make a game. The game has been built from the ground up to be data driven sourcing off numerous XML files to load everything necessary from the game.
Beetle Beater – University [2012]
A second year piece of coursework: 2D top-down two level maze game with a given specification for the first level. Freedom to roam in level two. Follow the link to see the extra features that were added.
Puma Robot Arm – University [2012]
This was a simple application that had to replicate a Puma Robot Arm – this was testing our use of OpenGL movement – detecting the location of the pinsors based on the rotations of all the prior components.
Mobile
Space Destruction – [2012]
My first convincing release for Windows Phone – A scrolling space shooter with an assortment of enemies, bullets, and backdrops. Though fairly light in features, it does include online highscores, which was the main learning objective from this project.
Penguin Rising – Unfinished [2011]
Very much a plan for the future as I have my third year take precedence over personal projects, this will be a game of jumping up across platforms to avoid the rising ocean. Not much thought on where I’ll really go with this yet.
Warpocalypse – [2011]
Very much another mess-around which would be my last before I started producing complete games on Windows Phone – a far different concept from Runner: a top-down shoot-’em-up against very simple enemies that just ran directly at you. Imaginitive, I know.
Runner – [2011]
The first delve into Windows Phone for me, this was very much a mess-around project when I was just beginning my University course. It was a simple duck and jump endless obstacle course.

CanJam2013 – [2013]
The result of a 24 hour game creation competition I particpated in at the University of Lincoln. The rules required a maximum of 4 people per group – I worked with a single second year student Ricardas Dukauskas that I had never worked with previously to produce the following work.
Websites
Heather-mary Photography – [2013 WIP]
Heather-mary was looking to have a website up and running for when she left University so she could quickly get started as a Wedding Photographer. She needed a website that could showcase her work and convince browsers that she was the photographer for them.
Reliance Properties – [2012]
Reliance Properties is a property service that sell and rent accommodation. They specialise in student accommodation but do have properties for non-students. Their website needed a facelift as well as a simple way to manage properties and allow visitors to search for what they wanted.
Biggleswade Baptist Church – [2013 WIP]
The BB Church needed a new and refreshing website that wasn’t overflowing with purple, like their last one. They wanted several features such as numerous blog pages and a calendar of events to let people know what was going on. They also wanted the site to feel much more accessable and interactive.
